Metro Imaging was founded in May of 1994 as the RIC South County Imaging Center. With the opening of its West County location in July of 1997, the name of the organization was changed to Metro Imaging, LLC. Metro Imaging is a closely held company, which is owned and operated by physicians who have provided professional radiology services to hospitals in the greater St. Louis area for over 60 years.
